How to Automate Your Business Without Writing a Single Line of Code

Step 3: Start with one workflow
Do not try to automate everything at once. Pick the one thing that wastes the most time and automate that first.
Here is an example that takes 15 minutes to set up:
When someone fills out your contact form, automatically add them to your CRM, send them a welcome email, notify your sales team on Slack, and create a follow-up task for 3 days later.
That is four steps that probably take your team 10 to 15 minutes per lead. If you get 20 leads a day, that is over 3 hours saved. Every day. Forever.
